Art. 1 Privacy on our website
Durit Hartmetall GmbH has committed to complying with the applicable legal provisions, the protection of personal data and data security in the design of this website. It therefore processes your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions of the EU, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO, TKG 2003). Hereinafter we would like to inform you of the circumstances in which we collect information from you, how we deal with it and to whom we provide it, and for what purpose, if necessary.

Art. 2 Types of data to be processed
We do not collect any personal information from you through our website, unless you provide it to us by contacting us.

Only after you contacted us we process (visitors of our website and customers) inventory data, such as names, as well as postal addresses, insurance information, payment data and contact details, e.g. phone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses.

Art. 3 Purpose of data processing
We store and process your data so that we can respond to contact requests and comply with specified security measures.

Art. 4 Data transmission to third parties
As part of the processing of your data, we only pass these on to processors or third parties, if you have complied to this in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a or a legal obligation exists according to § 96 Abs. 3 TKG or the transmission of the data to third parties, according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 b DSGVO is necessary to fulfill the contract, eg at shipping companies or tax offices, or when using IT companies to maintain the hardware and software.

In case of a contractually agreed order processing, we comply with the provisions of Art. 28 ff. DSGVO.

In countries outside the European Union (EU), so-called "third countries", we only transmit data if you have consented to it and if it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. The requirement for processing in a „third country“ is the consistance of special guarantees or standard contractual clauses corresponding to 44 ff. DSGVO.

 

Art. 5 Your rights
You have the right to receive information as to whether and, if so, which data we are processing in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In addition, pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, you may request the completion or correction of incorrect data concerning you. Furthermore, according to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to cancellation, or according to Art. 18 DSGVO to a restriction of the processing of the data. Finally, you can request that the relevant data under Art. 20 DSGVO be transmitted by us to other persons responsible. In addition, you have the right according to Art. 77 DSGVO to file a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

Art. 6 Right of withdrawal and right of objection
You may withdraw your initial consent under Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO with future effect and, according to Art. 21 DSGVO, to contradict the future processing of your data at any time.

Art. 7 Cookies
The site www.durit.de uses cookies that are stored with the help of the browser on your device, for the purpose of user-friendliness, as you will be recognized as a user when re-opening the page.

In particular, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). We point out that we perform a log file analysis, information of your terminal are recorded as log files on a server. Our website provider logs the access time and the frequency by which website, link you came to the site, which browser and which IP address you use, and the volume of data sent. This process is aimed exclusively at improving our website and service. We may only access server logfiles retrospectively if this is legally permitted due to unlawful acts.
